I train my clients to achieve fat loss through strength. When you build muscle your body burns more calories, hence you turn your body into a calorie furnace. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can seem overwhelming. I hold you accountable to overcome the hurdles you face to reach your goals. I take numerous factors into consideration such as age, training experience and muscle imbalances to create your individualized fitness plan.
I first perform assessments with my perspective clients to identify muscle imbalances and evaluate cardiovascular fitness. As a client, I will map out a customized fitness plan based on your personal goals. All plans require healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results. I am your accountability partner to keep you on track and motivated.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and integrated into your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
