Yes, absolutely – personal training is hands-down the best choice for complete beginners! I work with people who have not exercised before all the time. I’ll gauge where you are physically, teach you everything from scratch and train you accordingly. No confusion, just clear guidance, encouragement, and results you’ll actually feel. Many of my most successful clients started by saying “I’ve never really worked out before,” and now they’re stronger, happier, and moving with confidence.

No, you’ll get fantastic results without ever stepping foot in a gym! I train all my clients in my private studio that’s fully equipped with everything we need – dumbbells, benches, cables, mats, and more – so there’s zero need for a gym membership.

Many of my clients train with me 3 times a week and that alone gets them amazing progress with no extra homework. If you’re only able to come 1–2 times per week, adding a couple of quick, simple home workouts on your off days will speed things up even more.

Either way, you’re covered – gym membership definitely not required!

Here’s the real talk: the results you get are 80–90% up to YOU, not me. My training will make you stronger, move better, and feel incredible, but the mirror-changing, clothes-getting-loose, “holy-cow-is-that-me?” transformation happens in your kitchen, not my studio. If you eat plenty of protein, stay consistent with your calories, choose mostly whole foods, sleep well, and manage stress, you’ll drop fat, build muscle, and completely reshape your body faster than you think possible. Training is the spark; nutrition is the fire. I’ll bring the workouts and all the support, but you bring the daily decisions, and I promise the results will blow your mind.

Yes, I do! I give clear, personalized nutrition guidance focused 100% on what foods to choose – plenty of protein, the right portions of carbs and fats, and how to build meals that keep you satisfied and seeing results.

I keep it simple and flexible so it fits your real life. What I don’t do is get into strict meal timing, carb cycling, or telling you exactly when to eat – that’s not my style. My goal is to teach you smart food decisions you can stick with forever, not complicated rules you’ll ditch in a month. You’ll leave every session knowing exactly what to put on your plate to reach your goals.

My sessions are either 30 minutes or 45 minutes – your choice!

Most clients pick 30-minute sessions because they’re super efficient and fit easily into a busy day (we get an incredible amount done in that time). Others prefer 45 minutes when they want a little more volume or extra attention on technique.

Whichever you choose, every minute is focused on YOU and getting maximum results. We’ll decide together what length feels best once we chat about your goals!

If you already have gym access and you’re comfortable training on your own, online coaching is perfect. I’ll write you a fully personalized program that lasts 4–8 weeks (depending on your goals), complete with exact workouts, exercise videos, sets/reps, rest times, and progression rules.

You follow the plan on your schedule, log your sessions, and check in with me every couple weeks (measurements, quick video updates). I review everything, give feedback, tweak the next phase, and keep you accountable so you keep making progress.

It’s ideal for experienced lifters who just want expert programming and coaching without in-person sessions.
